Pam Kleinsteuber was very attentive and helped finding houses in our price range and we were looking for! She went above and beyond to help when our mortgage company messed up on our signing. Once we finally received the keys, she helped move some our things in the house. If I could give her 100 stars we would! My husband and I recommend her 1000%!

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were extremely naive to the real estate market, but eager to buy. We weren’t sure about what we could really afford, but Pam helped us every step of the way! She helped us get pre-qualified with a referral that provided a letter within one day, did the research for us in the booming area were hopeful to buy in based on our price point and opened our eyes to how quick the inventory was flying off the market. We realized really how fast the prices were rising out of our price range (DAILY in most cases) and decided we needed to lock something in before we missed out. We are incredibly thankful that we did because one month later, the same floor plan , in the exact neighborhood we bought in, increased $35,000! We met Pam by mistake and is the best mistake ever!
At first, the company we were trying to buy a house we use their lender and they didn’t approve us and the house was getting more and more expensive and the girl from the company referred Pam and since we met her we immediately fell in love and decided she will be the one helping us.  She takes us to Dos Salsas for a brunch and explains everything to us and we found our beautiful house thanks to her.  More than a realtor she is a great friend!  Love her to death, if you need someone to help you to find a house she is the right one!  Pam and her husband are an amazing team and she will answer all the questions you might have.  I bought the house eight months ago and I’m still in contact with them.
